The Design Brief – The Khada Blessing

Product Description
A mobile phone application designed to send visualized and virtual Khada blessings.

Goals

• First virtual Khada blessings mobile phone program in the market.
  
• It is an alternative way of showing love and care to other people.
• It has special cultural and ritual meanings, and it represents an ancient civilization.

• Tibetan residents
• Visitors
  

Assumptions

• Design constrained by certain geographic features.
• Design constrained by accessibility to the devices.
  

Users Needs

• Users need implicit way to show their care for others, in comparison with direct verbal communication.
• Khada is endowed with ancient civilization, and it is considered as 'the purest' and 'the most honored' blessing in Tibet culture (this is widely known among Chinese population). People (especially orient people) tends to have superstitious belief in such thing. From a psychological point of view, Khada blessing has much more sincerity than a normal blessing.

• Java enable mobile device.
• MMS (Multi-Media Messaging Service) enable mobile device.
• TFT (Thin Film Transistor) color screen mobile device.
